I have a Kohl's account and it has always been paid prompt. Right now it has a zero balance and I am getting this number on my caller ID three or four times a day. I called Kohl's and they said it was an error - still getting the calls. I'm a risk acceptance/revenue assurance manager and won't put up with this. A year ago what I've done with these spam or annoying calls was start a "BLOCKED NUMBERS" file card on my iPhone telephone list.
