Yes this is the collection agency for Qwest. In my case Qwest Wireless,mine is for service termination charges that I will not PAY. I was informed by Qwest that as of Feburary 01 they would not be providing cell phone service in my area and my contract with them is null and void. but are an authorized reseller for Verizon and if I switched to them I could have a free phone. Verizon service would be 70.00 more a month than what I had been paying with Qwest, it is ilegal to force someone out of one contract and forse them into another.
